Entry Deadline: January 27, 2025. All media forms are welcome.

Artists may submit up to three entries by simply emailing photos of the work to [email protected]

• • Please include artwork title in photo file name.
  • Include along with entry photo Artist Name, Artwork Title, Medium, Size (before frame), Artist Email, and brief Statement about the artwork (statement optional).
  • Two-dimensional art must be ready to hang.
  • An entry should weigh no more than 30 pounds.
  • SPC reserves the right to exclude artwork that may be inappropriate for all audiences.

Winter is a season of waiting and longing for the warmth and color of spring. It can often seem cold, harsh, and never-ending. But it is in this season that nature finds rest and renewal and is being prepared for the season of life to come.

In this exhibit, artwork can explore this theme of renewal amid seasons of suffering, doubt, and exhaustion as well as the beauty and hope that can be found in the winters of life.

This is a broad theme, so please submit your work even if you aren’t sure how it fits! Our curator will take care of that for you.

Notification: Sycamore Presbyterian Church (SPC) will notify artists which entries will be included in the show based on the number of entries received. Space considerations will be a determining factor.

Sales: SPC will provide interested parties with the artist’s email contact. Any inquires will be forwarded to the artist directly with no SPC commission.
